Thanksgiving Dinner

Join us for a five course Thanksgiving Dinner prepared by our talented chef’s. Reservations can be made through our regular reservation page, please find a link here. Skip the dishes this year and let us host you! We will only be offering the set menu on Thanksgiving, there will not be an a la carte menu for the evening. We ask that you contact us ahead of time at oystercatcher.reservations@gmail.com if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies we need to be aware of.

Chicory & Persimmon Salad
wild chicory, ripe persimmons, pomegranate, smoked rouge blue cheese candied hazelnuts, maple bourbon vinaigrette


Roasted Hubbard Squash Soup
roasted hubbard squash, tempura conserva mushrooms and spiced oat foam


Candied Yam Risotto
risotto infused with candied yams, melted leeks, and finished with a brown butter yam marshmallow


Confit Poussin
confit poussin served with savory nduja bread pudding, whipped roasted garlic potatoes, and thyme honey turkey jus Olympia cranberry compote

Dessert- 

apple pie with vanilla bean ice cream , pecan Pie with espresso ice cream, pumpkin pie with spiced chantilly

$115/person (optional +$45 wine pairing)
